Based on location and scope of the project, we will retain architects, consultants, designers, etc. and manage the entire process. This is a turnkey solution and we offer manufacturer and industry leading workmanship warranty.

MANAGE

Our management services cater to clients and other builders who choose to be involved in the process. In this arrangement, we are retained to manage the construction process and the client or builder is responsible for everything else including warranty, design, payments, etc.

HomeCraft Construction is the culmination of 47 years, spanning across two generations, of experience in custom home construction and renovation. Its founder, Shane Noury, is a second- generation builder, who learned the intricacies of building custom homes from his father, Fred Noury. Shane holds a degree in construction management and has worked hands-on in various construction trades. In particular, he has extensive experience with smart home automation and electrical systems. Passionate about home construction and fully-versed in all technical aspects of building or remodeling, Shane has a rich portfolio of projects, ranging from small-scale, cost-effective renovations to complex, high-end custom builds.
